These Terms govern your use of dilaraone.com and purchases from DI LARA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.

Products and availability

Product availability, specifications, finishes, accessories and delivery estimates may change. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information and imagery. Minor differences in natural wood, stone, metal finishes, lighting, screen display, manufacturing tolerances and other material characteristics are not necessarily defects.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability or delivery restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, freight, duties or other charges will be shown or otherwise disclosed as required before the transaction is completed.

Shipping

Preparation and shipping times vary by product. Certain specialized products, including some saunas, may require up to 30 calendar days for preparation before shipment. Inventory may be transferred between logistics facilities depending on availability. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more detail.

Wellness information

Content about cold exposure, heat, recovery, circulation, performance or wellness is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. DI LARA products are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing disease unless a specific product is expressly marketed and legally authorized for that purpose.

Installation and site suitability

Unless DI LARA expressly agrees in writing to provide otherwise, the customer is responsible for confirming site access, space, structural loading, ventilation, drainage, electrical supply, plumbing and other installation requirements. Installation must follow product instructions and applicable safety, building and electrical requirements.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the DI LARA name, branding, product presentation, photographs, graphics, text, design elements and other site content are owned by or licensed to DI LARA and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

We may use carriers, payment processors, logistics providers, installers and other third parties. Their separate terms may apply to services they provide directly.

Non-waivable rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here will state its latest update date.
